At just 24, Cichonski became the Executive Chef of Lacroix at The Rittenhouse, one of the city's few "Four Bells: Superior" rated restaurants.
His early success led to a partnership with Chef Chip Roman, co-owning and opening the acclaimed restaurant Mica in Chestnut Hill . Later, he took full ownership of Ela, a modern American bistro in Queen Village, which earned critical acclaim and a loyal following.
Beyond his restaurant ventures, Cichonski has appeared on Bravo's Top Chef, showcasing his culinary skills on a national stage . He has also been involved in various consulting projects, including 1100 Social at the Philadelphia Sports Complex.
Currently, Cichonski is focusing on his latest project, Black Cactus, a coastal Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar in Avalon, New Jersey, where he serves as Chef/Owner.
